After recent extensive refurbishment Dulse & Brose is a stylish, smart, yet family friendly restaurant serving a high standard of award-winning cuisine using the freshest of local produce from the Isle of Skye and the Highlands of Scotland. The restaurant takes its name from two ancient traditional Scottish dishes: dulse, a type of seaweed, traditionally eaten with oats and brose, an uncooked form of porridge. The chef at Dulse & Brose has drawn on Scottish culinary traditions to create an exciting blend of known and innovative dishes.
