Orbost Farm is located in the North West of Skye, farming traditional breeds. They farm Soay Sheep, Highland Cows and Iron Age Pigs, taking their animals through from field to fork with care and attention to detail. Orbost Farm aim’s to maximise biodiversity and sustain the local environment. Keith and Rachel, who run the farm, also run a meat processing business which produces slow matured, free range, hand processed meat – all raised and processed by themselves – with the end product of quality meat with an identity. They are committed to ‘purity of product, simplicity of production’.
